Child pickup policy
Effective Date: 11/03/2025
Applies to: All Parents & Guardians
Issued by: Vision Islam Academy
At Vision Islam Academy, the safety and well-being of our students during class hours is our priority. However, once class time has ended, parents/guardians are required to pick up their children immediately.
Key Points:
- Timely Pickup:
- Parents must collect their children promptly at the end of their scheduled class.
- The academy does not provide after-class supervision.
- Unsupervised Area:
- The Musalla area is unsupervised after class.
- Children must not be left unattended in the Musalla or anywhere on the premises after class.
- Staff Responsibility:
- Academy staff are not responsible for supervising children after class ends.
- Staff members are not childcare providers and cannot monitor children once their class time has concluded.
- Parental Responsibility:
- It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure their child is picked up on time.
- If parents are unable to arrive on time, they must make alternative arrangements for pickup.
Important Notice:
Failure to pick up children on time may result in warnings or additional fees if repeated. The academy takes no liability for children left unsupervised after class.
Your cooperation is essential in maintaining a safe and organized environment for all.
